Step 1: PTFE resin crushing and screening
Ensure that the PTFE resin is evenly dispersed and free of impurities.

Accurate PTFE resin weights are the basis for a reasonable density of finished PTFE sheets.
Step 3: PTFE resin is evenly filled into the mold.
The uniform filling of PTFE resin into the mold enables the finished sheet to have uniform force and density during the molding process.
Step 4: PTFE resin Molding
PTFE resin is filled into the mold and then pressed by a hydraulic press machine.
Step 5: Testing for molded PTFE sheet before sintering
Ensure molded PTFE sheet is complete and dimensionally accurate before sintering.
Step 6: PTFE sheet sintering
Through high-temperature and high-pressure treatment, bonding occurs between the PTFE powder particles to form a continuous whole, thus increasing the density and strength of the material.
Step 7: PTFE sheet cooling
The cooling process of PTFE sheet is designed to terminate and set the crystallization of PTFE sheet after sintering to ensure its physical and chemical stability.
Step 8: PTFE sheet pressing and shaping
Surface leveling is achieved by pressing and shaping the sintered PTFE sheet.
Step 9: PTFE sheet check and test
Check PTFE sheets for flatness, dimensions, surface cleanliness.
